The Florida State Lodge works with a small group of companies that have supported Florida law enforcement for years. Approved sponsors receive year-round visibility, direct access to members, and State Lodge Approved Vendor status.
Florida FOP represents more than 24,000 members across the state. Sponsors reach those members in the places they already pay attention: at state conferences, in the member newsletter, in benefit emails, and on the Florida FOP website. This is not a logo on a banner. Sponsors get vendor space, training time, member emails, and a direct link from the site.
Vendor space and a one-hour training or seminar slot at three Florida FOP conferences every year.

A listing under the Resources tab with a direct link to your site, plus periodic social media posts.
WHO CAN APPLY
This program is built for companies with a track record. A company must have sponsored Florida FOP for at least two years before applying. Applicants also provide two or three client or referral contacts. The Benefits, Ways and Means Committee reaches out to those contacts directly to ask about their experience working with the company. Newer companies should contact the State Lodge office to learn about getting started.

Application Process
Every sponsorship starts with a review. The Benefits, Ways and Means Committee looks at each application, speaks with your references, and decides. Three steps, start to finish.
These companies sponsor Florida FOP at the Guardian and Heroes levels. Each has been reviewed and approved by the Benefits, Ways and Means Committee.

Companies that have sponsored Florida FOP for at least two years may apply to the Approved Vendor program. Applications are reviewed by the Benefits, Ways and Means Committee.
Guardian Level is $15,000 per year. Heroes Level is $24,000 per year. Both are two-year agreements.
No more than two. Only two businesses offering the same product or service may hold agreements at one time.
Heroes Level adds a hosted webinar, a speaking slot at the conference opening ceremony, an extra conference registration, welcome bag placement, and a full-page newsletter ad.
The digital logo may be used on your website and printed materials. The State Lodge also provides a badge to display at Florida FOP conferences.
